Handling illness claims is a key issue for the travel industry. It has risen rapidly up the agenda for ABTA Members and the wider travel industry over recent months as the sector has seen a marked increase in the number of complaints and claims being sent by customers or their solicitors.
Our one-day Handling Illness Claims Seminar will deliver practical guidance to help travel industry professionals gain a wider understanding of how to manage customer illness in destination, as well as how to plan, prepare for and respond to the increase in claims.
