This is ABTA’s advanced level seminar on crisis management, designed to help you deliver in-depth crisis management plans. Recent events mean crisis management is high on the travel industry’s agenda. It’s important to have a comprehensive plan in place to cover any crisis situation. Handling a crisis badly can damage your reputation, whereas a well-handled crisis can have a positive impact on your business.
