This is ABTA’s advanced level seminar on crisis management, designed to help you deliver in-depth crisis management plans. Recent events mean crisis management is high on the travel industry’s agenda. It’s important to have a comprehensive plan in place to cover any crisis situation. Handling a crisis badly can damage your reputation, whereas a well-handled crisis can have a positive impact on your business.

This one-day training event is designed to help you and your business get the most from your crisis management plan. Meet industry colleagues and ABTA experts who will help you to take your crisis plan to the next level.
