Essential Business Travel Law – London

    Event details

Are you fully up to date on the legal issues for business travel?

ABTA has teamed up with Ince & Co to deliver practical advice and guidance for Travel Management Companies (TMCs), from the legal basics to the regulatory changes ahead.

This one-day seminar will provide an update on the compliance issues you face, with information specifically tailored for the business travel sector.

2018 will see a number of legislative changes including General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), new Package Travel Regulations and the new Payment Services Directive (PSD2). As business travel providers, your responsibilities to travelling employees are ever increasing, and the blurring of lines between business and leisure ('bleisure') raises interesting questions regarding your duty of care.

Attend this seminar to hear from legal experts, ABTA and other TMCs. Ensure you are compliant with the law and fully prepared for the regulatory changes ahead.
